Check out the promotional reel I created to pitch the music, showcasing the scope of our efforts.
Additionally, I helped launch their Country album, One Night in Nashville. For these projects, we implemented a national rollout plan, traveling to NYC, Nashville, Las Vegas, and LA to meet with radio partners and major DSPs, including Apple, Spotify, Pandora, SiriusXM, and Amazon Music.
We secured significant achievements, including Cheat Codes playing both the iHeart Jingle Ball and the iHeart Radio Festival in Las Vegas. (iHeart Radio is the biggest radio media company in the world, and performing at their events is a major milestone.)
Before these projects, Cheat Codes hadn’t had a song on the radio since 2017—about a five-year gap. They wanted to break through the charts again and re-establish themselves on radio.
Radio is one of the most competitive arenas in the music industry. Breaking through requires not just great music but also strategic partnerships and consistent execution.
We implemented a multi-faceted approach by leveraging digital marketing to create buzz, collaborating with major broadcasters for airplay, securing live performance spots on shows like iHeart Radio, and expanding our reach through collaborations with artists such as Tinashe and Russell Dickerson.
We partnered with all major broadcast companies to ensure Cheat Codes’ music was aired and gained maximum exposure. The team focused on interviews, live performances, and strategic marketing to reintroduce the band to the mainstream audience.
